Fishhook takes the same sustainable-seafood ethic as the harbour's fish-and-chip shacks and pushes it somewhere more interesting: spice from the chef's Indian heritage, French technique, and a menu that changes with what the boats bring in. It is relaxed enough for lunch in walking shoes and good enough to make a dinner of.

It is a short walk from the Inner Harbour and a sensible stop between a morning walking tour and an afternoon on the water.
