True Grain Bread

True Grain mills its own flour from grain grown in BC and bakes the kind of bread that makes people plan a detour through Cowichan Bay. The village itself is a row of buildings on stilts over the water, with the whale-watching check-in a few doors along and a maritime centre at the end of the dock.
