Prestige Oceanfront Resort Sooke

A mid-range oceanfront hotel on Sooke Harbour with a pool, a marina and rooms looking across the basin to the hills, forty-five minutes from Victoria. The comfortable base for the West Coast Road.

Sooke's accommodation is mostly lodges and B&Bs, and the Prestige is the one full-service hotel in the town, on the water beside the marina where the sailing trips leave. It is not luxurious, but it is well placed for East Sooke's coastal trails, the Sooke Potholes and the drive out to Port Renfrew.

It suits families and anyone who wants the coast without Tofino's five-hour drive. Wild Mountain, one of the island's best small restaurants, is up the hill.
